This boutique project in the heart of Toronto features custom microcement flooring designed to elevate the retail experience through material simplicity and refined restraint. The goal was to create a neutral yet character-rich foundation that would support the brand’s curated aesthetic without competing with the clothing, textures, or forms on display.

The microcement floors introduce a seamless, continuous surface that enhances the sense of openness within the space. Free of grout lines and visual interruptions, the flooring allows the eye to move effortlessly throughout the boutique, reinforcing a calm and considered shopping environment. Its soft, mineral tone was carefully selected to complement the warm plaster walls, natural wood elements, and sculptural lighting, creating a cohesive palette rooted in understated luxury.
