Penthouse Bathrooms and Floors
Project: Stadium Road
00
This penthouse project showcases a seamless, contemporary interior defined by the use of microcement across all floors and two bathrooms. The goal was to create a calm, continuous surface language that enhances the architecture while allowing light, proportion, and material detail to take center stage.

Throughout the residence, microcement flooring delivers a refined, monolithic appearance, eliminating visual breaks and reinforcing a sense of openness from room to room. Its soft, mineral texture provides subtle depth while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic suited to penthouse living. The neutral tone was carefully selected to reflect natural light and complement the warm wood cabinetry and minimalist detailing found throughout the space.
In the bathrooms, microcement was applied to both floors and wet areas, creating a fully integrated, waterproof finish. The result is a spa-like environment where floors, walls, and fixtures read as a cohesive whole. The material’s smooth, joint-free surface enhances durability and ease of maintenance while elevating the overall design with a quiet, architectural elegance.
This project highlights the versatility of microcement as both a functional and design-forward material—capable of transforming high-end residential interiors into timeless, cohesive spaces with a strong sense of material continuity.
